Helios and Helios Forecast are free and open source. To keep them 100% free, I'm looking for hardware manufacturers who share that vision.
Helios was born from one conviction: a home's energy should be visible, understandable, and open to everyone, with no barrier. The card and the forecast integration are, and will stay, entirely free and open source. But maintaining them, growing them, and supporting the community takes a great deal of time. A partnership with a manufacturer is, to me, the best way to preserve that, free for everyone, with nothing ever locked behind a paywall.

Test your hardware with Home Assistant
I install it in a real Home Assistant setup: integration, configuration, data. You get honest, detailed technical feedback.
Validate it across the energy stack
I check how it works with the Home Assistant Energy dashboard, with Helios and with Helios Forecast: clean, consistent data from end to end.
Produce content
An article on the blog, a place in Helios. Careful, hands-on content for an audience already invested in solar and home automation.
